Lots of Plant Sales coming up next week in Richmond. Maymont's Herbs Galore and More is Saturday April 25th and Lewis Ginter will be holding their sale April 30th to May2nd. But it looks like I will have to wait until I get back from camp to do my plant shopping. A good place to find native plants is at your neighborhood farmers market. Ours opens in May but the growing season has definitely gotten a late start this spring so I doubt there will not be a lot of veggies but I will get there early to pick up some plants from local growers before I resort to the bigger green houses to complete my planting list for my spring garden.
