The Candy Thief

Feather headbands are very popular these days but I really love the idea of these felt versions from the Candy Thief. I was sitting across from her table for an entire day last year at a Baltimore show contemplating getting one. But I was worried my head is too strangely shaped to wear a headband. But I love them so much maybe I could just make it work. She says on her Etsy store she will be at the Crafty Bastards Sale in DC Oct. 3rd. Road trip anyone?

43rd Street Festival

If your near the Richmond area be sure to put the 43rd St Festival of the Arts on your calender Sept. 19th 10:00 till 5:00. Not just great art for sale but good food and music too.

Sex in the City Flowers

I guess traditionally you think of spring as wedding season but it seems everyone I know is getting married this fall or at least is in the process of planning a wedding. I saw a lot of pin on flowers in the wedding blogs and came upon M&J Trimming. They have the famous Carrie Bradshaw flower from Sex in the City as well as many other big showy flower pins that would look really cute on a bridesmaid's or wedding dress.

Dwell Studio For Target

Dwell Studio's new hedgehog print stoped me in my tracks on my last visit to Target. They had it on the cutest little hoddie in the store but I couldn't find it on line. But I found lots of other things I love. It is a shame that their web site is a pain in the neck to navigate.
